Hi,
Please follow these steps to send me a bug report.

1. Run the game
2. When you see this "A problem has occurred. Would you like to save a diagnostic file?" answer yes
3. Double click on this file: C:\Program Files\Salvation Prophecy\tool\spreport.bat
4. This will create a folder on your desktop called sp-report-NAME-NUMBER.
5. Please email me this folder: jabberwocky@salvationprophecy.com

This will send me the diagnostic files I need to solve the problem.
Thanks!

Solved.
Russian's problem was because his user directory name had some non-ascii characters in it, which confused the logging functionality of the game.

For a short-term fix, do this:
1. Find the file options.cfg. The default location is C:\Program Files\Salvation Prophecy\bin\release\options.cfg
2. Open it using notepad, or some other text editor
3. Find this line:
disable log=false
4. Change it to
disable log=true
5. Save and close the file
