Respect to you for going open source. Salvation Prophecy isn't OS, but I use a lot of OS middleware in my game. I spend a lot of time over on the Ogre3D forums, which is an open source graphics engine. I also notice you have devs from across the globe. That's super cool. The list of artists I worked with on Salvation Prophecy is shorter, but looks similar, from North America, to Europe, Asia, and Australia.
I checked out your forums. You've got a great community going on. Sure, of course you're welcome to post about Salvation Prophecy! Indie devs unite!

A lot of times, you can just think about a cool part of earth, like an icy arctic scene, a lush rain forest, a desolate mountainous area, or a sandy desert. Then just let your mind wander about how these places might look on a distant alien world. You might have a fantastic looking sky, unusual lights and colours, rock formations, vegetation, and of course, freaky creatures.
