solution: XML Parsing error

I suspect anyone who has gotten this was able to figure out how to fix it, but on the off chance not:

XML Parsing error inside file '../../media/spreadsheet/dev_settings.xml'.
Error: File not found
At line 0, column 0.

is caused by running the game from the wrong directory. The current working directory must be the one that has the exe.
